Have had great food and beverages there the past 2 years during Fall Festival. Although service was a little slow when the place was packed to the gills, it was not out of the ordinary for busy places. We enjoyed our food, our drinks, and the staff, who were pleasant and helpful. I dont know what happened to the person who had a bad experience, but I can guarantee we will be there again during Fall Festival days.
